Financial Empowerment Program
I really wanted to get experience working with social impact organizations, and one financial institution was looking to improve the user flow of one their own programs used during client intakes. This summer, I kicked off a UX project for a financial institution that works with NYC residents by giving them free financial counseling.
With their help, I conducted user interviews, user research, and usability tests. I am building redesigns of the program they use to provide counselors with a more intuitive flow.
